Simple sample demos you can try right now.
Four small, working apps you can click through right now, to show the idea behind a TinyBuild demo: a real workflow with real logic and real screens, not slide decks or mockups that stop working when you click.
Four sample demos
All data is fictional and stays in your browser, so click, break and reset as much as you like.
Booking app for a repair shop
Customers pick a service, a day and a free time slot. The shop sees every job in one list.
- Only shows times that fit the service length
- Double bookings are blocked
- Shop view with status and weekly workload
Purchase request approvals
Replaces approval-by-email with one board. Small requests are approved by a rule; managers handle the rest.
- Employee and manager roles
- Auto-approval rule and full history per request
- Budget tracking by department and CSV export
Sales dashboard with CSV upload
Revenue trend, top products and channels, compared with the previous period. Upload your own CSV to see your numbers.
- 7, 30 and 90-day views with period comparison
- Interactive revenue chart
- Your file is read in the browser, never uploaded
Greenhouse monitor for an ESP32 sensor node
Live readings, automatic watering and fan rules, and alerts when the device goes quiet. Sensor data is simulated here.
- Four live sensors with history
- Editable thresholds and automatic pump control
- Scenarios: heat, dry soil, device offline
What a 3-day demo includes, and what it leaves out
Speed comes from scope, not from cutting corners. A first demo does one job properly, so you can show it to a customer, a co-founder or an investor and get a real reaction.
Included
- One core workflow that works end to end
- The screens needed for that workflow, usable on desktop and phone
- Real logic: rules, calculations, validation
- Sample or real data, whichever answers your question
- A hosted link you can share
- A short note on what was built and what comes next
Left out on purpose
- Production logins, roles and permissions
- Payments and billing
- Integrations beyond the one the demo depends on
- Polished brand design
- Scaling, monitoring and backups
- For hardware: custom PCBs (demos run on development boards)

How we keep demos fast and affordable
Scope written down first
After a free assessment you get a fixed quote and a one-paragraph scope. No hourly meter running in the background.
One workflow at a time
We build the part your idea depends on and leave the rest for later, when you know it is worth paying for.
Proven, boring tools
Mainstream frameworks and hosting we use every day, so time goes into your workflow rather than into setup.
A small team, no overhead
No sales department or layers of management. You talk to the people who write the code, which keeps the price down.
If the demo works, it can grow into the real thing. The MVP development guide covers what changes between a demo and a first production version.
FAQ
How fast can TinyBuild build a demo?
A software demo with one core workflow usually takes about 3 days. Hardware demos depend on the boards and sensors, and anything larger is scoped and quoted before work starts.
How much does a demo cost?
You get a fixed quote after a free assessment, so you know the price before any work starts. The price depends on the workflow, the data and any integrations.
Are these real client projects?
No. They are deliberately simple sample demos built by TinyBuild with fictional data, to show the idea of a clickable first version. A real demo is built around your own workflow and data and usually goes well beyond them. Client projects stay confidential.
Can a demo grow into a real product?
Yes. If the demo proves the idea, we plan the production version together: real logins, integrations, hosting and the features the demo left out on purpose.
What do I need to provide?
A plain-language description of the workflow, plus example data or screenshots if you have them. For hardware demos, the development boards and sensors are provided by you.
Want a demo of your own idea?
Describe the workflow in a few sentences. You get a free assessment and a fixed quote, and a working software demo in about 3 days if you go ahead.
